ATM #6: Relaxing the Jaw

This week we will be doing two lessons, each about 20 minutes, focusing on relaxing the jaw, face, and throat. These are quite minimal lessons, so make sure you’re comfortable lying on the floor, with your knees bent or straight. Also make sure you’re warm enough - sometimes people get a bit chilly because the movements are so minimal.

I also cut off a bit of the beginning of this lesson, so it starts in mid-sentence - sorry about that.

Just remember to go slow and never (ever) strain as you do the movements. Enjoy!
