ATM #7: On the side, twisting
This is a lovely lesson which asks you to explore the rotation aspects of the spine, as well as the action of the shoulder girdle, while lying on the side. It is fairly straight forward, but I have found great benefits from it. You’ll want something to put your head on as you lie on your side - it shouldn’t be too big, nor too soft, but something which can support your head so your neck isn’t strained. And, as always, go slow and never strain - less is always more. Enjoy!
